On October 22nd 2021, Team Dolphin had a visit from the fantastic teachers at Alfresco Learning. They worked in teams to create walls from Wattle and Daub, just like people would have built in 1666. They also investigated properties of materials and decided which would be best to build a new bakery for Thomas Farriner.  What a brilliant day!
